MADRID, Spain — The World Daoism Organization (WDO) has successfully concluded its annual Dao Study Tour, bringing together a diverse group of scholars, practitioners, and enthusiasts from around the globe to delve into the rich tapestry of Daoist traditions and wisdom.
Held in the scenic regions of China’s Wudang Mountains, the tour offered participants an immersive experience in Daoist philosophy, meditation, and martial arts. Under the guidance of esteemed Daoist masters, the group engaged in intensive seminars on the “Wu Wei” principle, the Dao De Jing, and the interconnectedness of all things.
“This tour has been a life-changing experience,” said Maria Garcia, a Spanish participant and philosophy professor. “I have gained a deeper understanding of Daoism’s holistic approach to life and its emphasis on harmony with nature.”
The tour also featured cultural exchanges with local villagers, where participants learned about traditional farming practices and the role of Daoism in maintaining a sustainable lifestyle.
